The Healing Power of Food

It all started with visiting Ubud and tasting various food with unique spices, and then I realized how refreshing and uplifting that food could heal one’s soul.

I started to follow a vegan diet before coming to Bali, which was not very challenging since I’m not a big fan of meat. Though, I did not realize how delicious vegan food can be until I visited the place. If the food is cooked with quality ingredients and mixed with natural spices, it helps you smoothly digest it and gives you an incredible sense of fulfillment. Plus, if one of the ingredients is love, it would be fabulous. The texture, taste, and smell create a wonderful dining experience, life experience, and everything in between.

Tasting could be healing, calming, uplifting, and refreshing. It cures me heartily that I hardly found enough adjectives to elaborate on this reflection.

It’s an art, but perhaps more than it.
